This project involved the realignment and upgrading of a number of principle streets in the North Inner City. Elements of the project included:
- Provision of a new storm water network
- Realignment of North King Street, Bolton Street and Ryder's Row
- Upgrading and renewal of utilities
- Granite kerbing and new slabbed footpath
