PROJECT NAME: Newcastle Masterplan Phase One

This project consists of the site development of a 50 acre site in Newcastle, Co. Dublin.
The principle elements of this project include:
- A 1.6 km single lane carriageway through the site.
- Construction of a network of estate roads and provision of associated drainage and services.
- Construction of a roundabout and two new junctions on the Newcastle Main Street.
- Construction of six storm water attenuation tanks.
