The Ballyogan Residential Development comprises the site development work for a mixed Residential Estate consisting of Multi-story Apartment Blocks with underground car parking and Terraced Houses over a site of 30,000m² for Park Developments.
The Main Elements of the Work are as follows:
- Site Clearance and Bulk Excavation of the site.
- Bulk excavation of underground Carparks and detail excavation of footings.
- Installation of all Sub-Floor Drainage within the underground Carparks.
- Construction of approximately 500m of Access and Service Roads.
- Detail Excavation of all Terrace Blocks.
- Construction of a 200m Retaining Wall
- Diversion of a 180Ø Gas Main.
- Construction of all Surface Water and Foul Drainage associated with the Development.
- Construction of 2 No. Attenuation Tanks with associated Hydrobrakes, Petrol Interceptors and Downstream Defenders.
- Installation of Water and Gas Mains
- Installation of site services, including ESB, NTL, Eircom, and Public Lighting.
- Construction of a new Roundabout Junction on Murphystown Road and Glencairn Road.
- Treatment to and diversion if necessary of existing Services
