S.M.Morris currently has two operational Asphalt and Macadam production plants.
Strategically located at our head office where we have been producing Bituminous bound mixtures since 1990,
The second Plant is located at our primary Quarry, which is operational since 1995. Both plants use a Titan 2000, ACP Plant with an output of 150 tonnes/hr and a hot storage capacity of 240 tonnes.
Each of our plants contain over 20 different standard mix types, in compliance with BS 4987 and BS 594 to suit all applications, from Yellow or Red Macadam for Private Contracts and Local Councils, to Asphalt Surface Course mixes for major National Roads Authority Motorway Construction Contracts.
SM Morris continually develops and improves the progressive range of Asphalt mixes, with our ongoing product development and management systems.
